"THIS is the BBQ restaurant I've been waiting for after living on the central coast for 25 years. I've always wondered why no one opened a place that serves the good stuff you can get up and down Broadway on Saturday's in Santa Maria. Firestone and Rib Line are good, sure, but they're just not the same as the real thing.
I ordered the Pit Plate with tri-tip and french fries. They served up a healthy portion of perfectly cooked and sliced meat, thick cut fries (they tasted like they were made from fresh potatoes), and the best sourdough garlic bread I've had in a long time.
