Most of you will recognize Zach as one of our staple cashiers at the Broad location. He’s been a part of our team for almost a year, and now it’s hard to picture our lives without him! Zach absolutely loves working in restaurants… the hustle ‘n bustle, the unpredictability, and of course, the relationships he forms with people❤️
When he’s not at work, he loves spending his time traveling, hiking, and being outdoors as much as possible!🏕 Oh, and his favorite Old SLO meal?? Linguica sandwich with chipotle mustard! 🔥😋

For the health and safety of our customers and staff, we will be following SLO County’s reinstated mask requirements for indoor settings.

We know this is undoubtedly very discouraging to many people in our community, but let’s continue to band together to do what’s best for one another. At the very least, remember that every time one of our staff shows ANY symptoms of illness, they must be removed from shifts until a negative test is received and symptoms cease, which only stands to exacerbate the current understaffing crisis we’re already in.

Please do your part to support each other and our local economy by stopping the spread ♥️

Meet the Team Monday featuring THE Dylan Daniels!! (Comment below if you agree that Dylan Daniels is the perfect name for a country singer 👇🏻👇🏻)

Dylan started working for us as a part-time catering employee, but now we’re lucky enough to have him working with us in our restaurants, as well! Originally from Orange County, Dylan moved to SLO to pursue a degree in Forest and Fire Science at Cal Poly 🌲 With his degree, he hopes to establish a career in woodland urban interfacing… *currently googling what that is* 🤓 In his spare time (although there’s not much of that) he loves to golf and surf like a true California boy! 🏄🏻‍♂️ Oh, and what’s Dylan’s go-to Old SLO meal you ask? A BBQ Chef salad with chicken, Parmesan garlic, chipotle, and ranch… Yum!

We’re so lucky to have Dylan on our team because he’s not only a great worker, but he’s also just so dang happy ALL THE TIME. Thanks for always keeping things light and making us laugh, Dylan!

Meet the Team Monday featuring one of our newest managers… Reggie!

Although Reggie is still a fairly new addition to our team, he’s already proven to be a total asset to our restaurants! With a background in culinary school and having worked at several restaurants here on the Central Coast, it’s safe to say cooking is a passion for him. When asked what his long term plans are, he said that he’d love to open up a food truck (or 2!) of his own some day! We can’t wait to see it! 👏🏻👏🏻

Of course we also had to ask what his fave Old SLO meal was, to which he replied, “Tri-tip sandwich on French with BBQ sauce, a side of pinquito beans, and extra salsa (for the beans)!” 😋

As hard as it is to build out our team these days, we couldn’t be happier with the staff we’ve been able to keep/bring on… including Reggie! Thanks for jumping in head first and giving us your all, Reggie! We appreciate you! 😊
