Old Ranch Traditions
The unique method of Santa Maria-style barbecue is a 150-year-old tradition — born on the beautiful ranches of rural Santa Maria Valley as a simple, delicious way to bring people together. Old San Luis BBQ’s award-winning Santa Maria-style food consists of tried and true family recipes that date back nearly a century.
In addition to our Angus beef tri-tip, pork, chicken, and linguiça sandwiches, we also offer salads, desserts, and delicious side dishes like our famous Cowboy CornPie. Have a passion for craft beers? So do we! Try out our innovative, self-pour tap walls with a variety of rotating taps at both of our locations!
